The Tree House is a year round rental.
Check-in after 2:00pm on arrival date.
Check-out no later than 11:00am on departure date.
Rates: $570 weekly, $95 a night (two night minimum)
(Weekly you pay for 6 nights and the 7th night is free)
(10% state and local tax included in your rates)
Above rates include linens, towels and paper products.
A 50% reservation/security deposit is required 14 days in advance (may be flexible on short notices).
30% deposit refunded with 72 hours advance notice of cancellation. Full rental due on arrival (your security
deposit will not be applied towards your rental fee). Ask about credit card acceptance. Deposit less damages and
phone charges will be refunded within 30 days of your departure.
We expect prospective guests to compare before choosing. WHEN choosing your vacation rental, we hope
you consider the following: all taxes are included in your weekly or nightly rate; we do not charge an additional cleaning
fee; we feel our cabin can comfortably sleep 6 and do not charge an additional fee per person over a set number of guests,
i.e. 2 or 4; and our rates due not change during peak visitation periods.
We will consider pets, however, there will be a small additional fee.
